Who is Brightcon looking for?

We are looking for Senior and Management consultants who regard Business Intelligence as a strategic core competence, and who can help our customers to make decisions that sustainably boost the value of their company.

You would like to contribute to the deployment of Business Intelligence at your customer’s in such a way that BI can realise its added value even in transformation processes and in complex environments, and bring tangible benefits.

You have at least 5 years’ experience in the field of Business Intelligence, and are familiar with company steering methods such as balanced scorecards and value driver trees.

You are familiar with the following tasks, and can discuss and design them with customers at all organisational levels:

  • Creation of content for comprehensive management cockpits, KPI frameworks and reports for Reporting
  • Creation of BI strategies and BI architectures
  • Management of projects to design and implement BI solutions
  • Hands-on experience with BI technologies, preferably SAP BI and Oracle BI
  • Support and guidance of the customer in strategic and management matters in the BI environment

You are a team player, you work on your own initiative, and you have a robust network within the German and/or Swiss market.

You can communicate confidently and professionally at all management levels, can lead larger management teams in workshops, and are an eloquent and practised speaker.

And, last but not least, modesty and respect for others and preparedness to learn yourself are part of your character.
